By the Beautiful Sea

Vancouver Fashion Blogger, Alison Hutchinson, wearing a green River Island maxi dress, nude Zara sandals, Sass & Bide sunglasses at the beach in Robert's Creek, BC.
I hope you had an amazing weekend! We went to Gibsons for our first time and it was so incredibly beautiful.
I feel so silly for never having gone before! Such a picturesque little town with the absolute friendliest people I've ever met. These photos were taken at Robert's Creek just off the main beach. We were parked in a questionable spot and just as we were getting out a tow truck pulled up. We asked him if we should move and he said (with a huge smile on his face) that he wasn't there to tow so we could leave it there without risk. Can you believe it? If this was Vancouver, I swear the tow truck would be hooking my car up as I was still sitting in it! I love small towns :)

This is my perfect go-to dress while on holidays. I've worn it on pretty much every vacation I've been on, but it never seems to make an appearance on the blog (other than one time last summer here). I really love a perfect maxi dress. They always make you look perfectly put-together with zero effort. My favourite thing!
