I've been really loving my workouts since coming to Chiang Mai and am so happy to have to time to dedicate to my fitness every day. Well, almost every day...I always said that if I had more time, I would put a serious focus on my health and I'm glad to be following through on this. At the moment, I'm really loving the BBG workouts. They're a little different each day, which keeps it interesting. It also get slightly harder each week and at the moment I'm on week 4 (although I think I messed up the week on this one).
