It had been quite a few years since I was last at Cannon Beach and I can't believe I waited so long to return! It is such an adorable little town and I'm so glad we decided to stop here on our way back from Portland.
It was definitely a windy day, but it was so beautiful and the sand was so warm that we just had to go for a walk along the beach to Haystack Rock (aka the Goonies Rock). I've never actually watched the Goonies, but after coming back here, I have made a mental note that I must see it -- at laest before I return again!
I decided to wear my favorite romper and my new kimono for the combination of going to the beach and then driving all the way back to Vancouver and it was perfect. I always find rompers to be so comfortable and it would have been quite interesting if I had decided to wear a dress on this day because it was so unbelievably windy. I'm sure there would have been more than one mishap... But, luckily, there wasn't and I didn't have to worry about a thing.
I hope you're having an amazing weekend and a very happy father's day! Especially to my dad :)

Aww, we went to Cannon Beach during our trip out west a few weeks ago so we could dip our toes in the Pacific! It is so beautiful there, and the town is just adorable! We were only there for a couple hours & had some lunch but I loved it! Loving your outfit, too - so perfectly boho & beachy!
