Becca Under Eye Brightening Corrector | BEAUTY MONDAY

Becca Under Eye Brightening Corrector product shot
There's really not that much to say about the Becca Under Eye Brightening Corrector other than it is freaking amazing. I honestly don't understand why I don't hear all the beauty gurus raving about this stuff because it deserves so much more hype than it receives.

This review is going to be short and sweet, but trust me when I tell you this stuff is GOOD.

WHAT IT IS

It's obviously not meant as a concealer than will hide all your secrets, but it is the PERFECT way to brighten your under eyes on no makeup days. I actually use this stuff on makeup days as well because I can personally only use very light and moisturizing concealers under my eyes, so this stuff gets rid of most of the darkness before going in with the finisher. Becca describes this product as a light reflecting cream and I couldn't say it any better myself. It makes the area bright and alive and actually seems to plump the skin a bit as well -- something i appreciate very much.

HOW TO APPLY

To apply, I just put it on my ring finger like I would an eye cream and dot it on the darker areas under my eyes. I then tap it out until it's blended in. I do find the consistency to be a bit thick and sticky so it can pull the skin if you try to blend by rubbing it, but tapping works perfectly anyways. Also, if you put it on right after eye cream or a primer, it goes on much smoother.

EXPECTED RESULTS

You can check out the images below for a realistic before and after. I only have the corrector on my left eye (your right) in the image on the right. You can see the text for reference.
